Eligibility, cost and how to apply

People who are 65 years and over are eligible to apply for Willow’s residential /nursing care home placements. London Borough of Brent residents should contact their local Social Services Department (Older People Services).

Care Managers/Social workers from the local authority, prospective residents or their relative/friends/advocate may contact the care homes direct.

An assessment of needs will be carried out to ascertain whether the home can meet the care needs of the prospective resident. Social Services and other professionals, such as district nurses, GPs, specialists and home managers, may be involved.

Care home fees are based on the assessment of needs and location but fall within the categories below.
