RepairsOur repairs and maintenance responsibilities vary depending on the type of accommodation you live in. Permanent rented housingIf you live in permanent rented housing, please go to the Stadium Housing Association website for information about the repairs service. You can use the report a repair form on the Stadium Housing Associationsite to report any non urgent repairs. Alternatively, you can phone the Network Repair Line. Repairs should not be reported directly to contractors. During office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) call 020 8459 9292. Temporary accommodationTenants in temporary accommodation should note that some of our repair responsibilities are shared with the owner of the property and we may ask them to carry out the work. Please refer to the Stadium Housing Association website for information about our repairs service but note that the sections on External painting and repairs and Improvements and alterations do not apply. Supported housing tenantsSupported housing tenants should contact the on-site member of staff about repair responsibilities. Leaseholders and shared ownersYour lease will set out details of repairs responsibilities.
