Emergency Response ServiceWillow Housing provides a team of mobile wardens to respond to all emergencies outside working hours or if the scheme manager is away from the scheme for any reason. All sheltered housing schemes are connected through a Warden Call helpline to a 24 hour monitoring service. The knowledge that somebody will assist you in an emergency when the scheme manager is off site gives you and your family that extra peace of mind.
