PrintWillow is a unique, community-based housing association, specialising in providing housing and services tailored to the needs and aspirations of older people.
Willow was established in October 2000, to take a transfer of all the sheltered housing owned by the London Borough of Brent, following a tenant vote that was overwhelmingly in favour of the proposals.
Over our first five years, we concentrated on redeveloping and refurbishing the accommodation to the very highest standards. We also received a transfer of the sheltered housing owned by Stadium Housing Association who, like Willow, are a member of the Network Housing Group.
Since then, we have grown to work in 10 London boroughs as well as two county councils. We have a reputation for excellence and innovation in the design and delivery of high quality homes and services. Our staff understand the needs of, and have a great respect for, older people from a diverse range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
