PrintWillow manages, on behalf of Stadium Housing Association, a number of private retirement schemes, including leaseholder and shared ownership arrangements.
Sales are processed by the leasehold department of Willow Housing and Care.
Leaseholders, or their representatives, place their properties with local estate agents and solicitors execute the sale.
Residents who require assistance are supported to apply for any benefits they may be entitled to, as well as Supporting People grant for housing related support, and homecare services where appropriate.
Residents receive housing management and related support provided by an on-site scheme manager, funded through service charge payments. Other services provided through the service charge are communal cleaning, gardening, window cleaning, repairs and maintenance.
Most schemes have a communal lounge and guest room and some have a laundry. All schemes have a very full social calendar with various activities embracing the diversity of the wider communities where the schemes are located. All residents are encouraged to join their Residents Association to foster their involvement in initiatives to improve their homes and services.
