Willow and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games
The 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will be held in a variety of locations throughout London from 21 July – 9 September 2012. Whilst a time of celebration, the Games are likely to cause disruption to Network Housing Group, our customers, our contractors and our staff.
We have established a working group to ensure our essential services are delivered continuously, to reduce the number of staff journeys made and to enable our staff and residents to enjoy the Games. By planning in advance we hope that this impact will be as minimal as possible.

This report gives tenants an honest and clear view about how well Willow is doing in the areas of customer care and tenant involvement, maintaining and allocating homes, setting charges, looking after the communal areas, value for money and ensuring we are financially secure.
